During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris did not observe annual fire safety inspection that was completed on site (2) During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris did not observe a written statement that fireplace will not be used at any time (3)(f) During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris observed a fire extinguisher that was mounted near the laundry room that has a rating of 2A:10 BC.
